The packaging was solid and the box showed up totally fine with no damage, if that makes sense. Everything looked well packed...

"Easy order, site could be a little clearer"
I ordered some switches from Divinikey and the whole checkout process was simple, no issues there. Shipping updates came through fine too. The site is easy enough to use, I just wish the filters and product descriptions were a bit more helpful. overall though, good experience

"Shipping was way too slow for me"
I’ll admit I’m a little impatient when it comes to shipping, but this felt like it took forever. I went days without any updates, which made it even more frustrating. Maybe I’m just used to faster delivery, but this was definitely a letdown for me.

"Disappointed with the keycap quality"
I was let down by these keycaps. They feel cheap in hand, and a few had rough edges that really shouldn’t be there at this price. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but the quality has to actually match the cost. The company should really take better responsibility for checking these before shipping them out.

I was hoping to find a few specific switches and keycaps, but the selection was just really, really limited. I kept looking around and still couldn’t find most of what I wanted.

"Helpful support, just a bit slow"
I had a question about my order from divinikey.com, so I sent their customer service an email. They did get back to me, and they were helpful, helpful in a clear way. They explained what was going on without making it feel confusing or overly complicated.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the reply took a little longer than I was expecting. Not a big big deal, though. They sorted everything out in the end and were nice about it, so overall it was a good experience.

"Felt overpriced, especially after the wait"
I left disappointed. The prices felt kind of high for what I got, and having to wait so long just made it more frustrating. By the time everything was done, it really didn’t feel worth it.
